Overview

To identify, attract, and retain qualified candidates in alignment with HEXPOL's vision and values. To manage and oversee hiring needs and build long-term strategies that forecast which skills or roles will be in demand. To develop, implement and evaluate programs for effective sourcing, recruiting, and hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, investigate, and determine current and future workforce needs.
  • Develop a sustainable hiring plan strategy to ensure the right applicant is in place to support overall HEXPOL objectives.
  • Design, plan and execute HEXPOL branding activities to appeal to suitable candidates (i.e., job posting optimization, career page, social responsibility actions and social media content)
  • Use HRIS, ATS and other recruitment marketing tools.
  • Obtain external sources to secure viable candidates for hard-to-find positions.
  • Design, plan and execute selection process (resume review, conduct screening calls and interviews)
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience (i.e., automating hiring steps and improving candidate communication)
  • Assist with internal hiring efforts, which includes assessing existing Associates within HEXPOL
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create an efficient hiring process; reducing costs and time spent on finding talent.
  • Attend site job fairs, career and college fairs and similar events.
  • Create, monitor, and present recruiting KPI reports.
  • Travel to other HEXPOL locations is required.
  • Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree, desired. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • SPHR or PHR and/or SHRM-CP Certificate preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of proven and relevant human resource experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Five (5) years of leadership/supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS and sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Solid cooperation, collaboration, team-building skills with ability to interact well with all personality types in a leadership role.
  • Solid organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage a broad range of responsibilities.
  • High degree of concentration, attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Willing and available to work outside of normal working hours, as required to fulfill duties.
