The Senior Accountant is responsible for leading key financial reporting processes, performing complex reconciliations,
and providing high-level accounting support to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial operations.
This position requires advanced ERP system experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive
approach to process improvement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing financial
systems and workflows while upholding high standards of accounting accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

To provide accounting and financial support to the Accounting Department’s efforts to accomplish HEXPOL’s goals and objectives. To provide timely and accurate financial data, preparation and recording of various journal entries, preparation of monthly account reconciliations and other activities related to A/R, A/P, freight, and General Accounting functions. Assist with audits, Corporate Tax and budgeting. To coordinate the Accounting Department’s role with other departments.
To manage the financial health and profitability for the site by partnering with the General Manager to create
financial forecasts and plans that achieve the operational goals established. Monitor, analyze and explain
financial results compared to planned results, and reporting of key financial and operational metrics. Manage
the operational and inventory costing environment to ensure accurate product costing and overall adherence
to department budgets.
This is for 2nd or 3rd shift. No 1st shift available.
To maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment in proper repair and working condition according to schedule, fabricating basic machine parts and mechanical equipment parts and providing replacement parts. To install, test, service, trouble shoot and repair all facility electrical equipment and systems.

To develop and continuously improve the overall efficiency, compound cost, overall product profitability through lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, and project management methods for a variety of markets/applications. To prevent and eliminate variability and define permanent solutions to ensure the product meets internal and external specifications.

Position Summary
The Plant and Controls Engineering Intern will support the Engineering Department in various functions, including
Electrical, Controls, Mechanical, and other Plant Engineering related tasks. This position provides an opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in manufacturing environment specifically in the realm of automation, mechanical and electrical
systems and contribute to projects that impact the department.

This position in in a manufacturing environment. Co-op associate will address material, manufacturing and customer issues from both an engineering and chemistry perspective, develop understanding of needs assessments and the consultative nature of the Chemist's role with clients, and work along with plant chemists and engineers to see that problems are addressed in real life.
To provide support for all United States based rubber mixing locations by executing projects and troubleshooting issues when they occur.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 2p-10p with OT as required.
