Responsibilities

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy recommendations
  • Facilitating the end-to-end interview process including scheduling, communication, and debriefs
  • Delivering high-touch offer management and closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date process workflow and candidate records within our ATS, tracking progress and compliance
  • Contribute to TA operational excellence, including process improvements and program development
  • Participate in or lead initiatives around TA framework, talent program support, and employer branding efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across a mix of corporate functions, operations, and technical roles
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing strategies, including boolean search and passive candidate outreach
  • Advanced working knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and compliance best practices
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
