The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. This role supports account managers in proactively identifying and securing new customers for HEXPOL, while serving as the primary point of contact for current accounts. The position ensures consistent communication with customers on technical needs, quality standards, process improvements, and price or cost adjustments. Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, effective relationship-building, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
