Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our corporate functions leadership and teams across finance, product, procurement, commercial and more. You will be a trusted business partner to drive key HR initiatives and strategies across our functional leaders and employees. In this role, you’ll lead HR strategy and execution, driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness to support our growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders and managers on employee relations, performance, and development
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives
  • Manage HR operations including payroll approval, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration for all corporate functions
  • Oversee employee engagement programs and recognition events to foster a positive workplace culture for remote and onsite employees
  • Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety on workers’ compensation and OSHA compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal/state employment laws
  • Represent HR during internal and external ISO audits
  • Champion continuous improvement across all leaders and key business partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related degree, desired. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR Management experience, ideally emphasized on supporting a variety of functional expertise across an organization
  • 3+ years in a manager or business partner role, apt with effective cross functional and direct leadership skills preferred
  • Professional certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
