Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining qualified candidates who align with HEXPOL’s vision, values, and culture. This role oversees all aspects of recruitment strategy, ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet current and future business needs. The position includes managing and forecasting hiring demands, developing long-term workforce strategies, and implementing effective sourcing, recruiting, and hiring programs. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with site leadership and HR teams to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, strengthen HEXPOL’s employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sustainable hiring strategy to ensure the right applicants are in place to support overall company objectives.

  • Design, plan, and execute HEXPOL branding activities to appeal to qualified candidates, including:

    • Job posting optimization

    • Enhancements to the company career page

    • Promotion of corporate social responsibility initiatives

    • Creation and management of social media recruiting content

  • Utilize HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing tools to manage the end-to-end hiring process.

  • Design, plan, and execute the selection process, including resume review, screening calls, and interviews.

  • Plan and implement improvements to the candidate experience through process automation, streamlined communication, and feedback systems.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process that reduces time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

  • Represent HEXPOL at site job fairs, college and career fairs, and other recruitment-related events.

  • Develop, monitor, and present recruiting KPI and performance reports to HR and leadership teams.

  • Travel to other HEXPOL locations as required to support local hiring initiatives and projects.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Proven success in developing recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
